    How to Book a package:

  • You can book the packages over the call or whatsApp at +91-9872204881. Booking can only be confirmed by paying 50% advance amount of package cost. (Booking amount is refundable as per cancellation terms).

    • General Policy :

  • Only 10 - 12 single balloons with ribbons can be placed on the ceiling and rest will be placed in the form of bunches or free-floating on the floor according to customer choice in all packages.
  • Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.

  • The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
  • Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images or customized design.
  • You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
  • We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the Hotel Management.
  • If in case of a complaint or any issue, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time.
  • If any customer want customer decoration as per space or size of premises then discuss before event happen so that team can carry additional material as per your choice or exception.
  • In case of bad weather condition, booking will be cancelled and token amount will be refunded.

    • Cancellation Policy:

    In case of cancellation, refundable amount is calculated based on the following policies:
  • If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, 50 percent refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued
  • No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted. *Refund percentage will be calculated on the total package value that customer opt.

    • Care Instructions:

  • The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
  • The balloons are stuck using removable cello tape.
  • Generally, no marks are left if they are removed within 24 hours.
